National Instructors

David Cohn
David has more than 20 years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD as a user, developer, author and consultant. He is an applications engineer with The PPI Group, a contributing editor to Desktop Engineering magazine, the former publisher and editor-in-chief of CADCAMNet and Engineering Automation Report, the former senior editor of Cadalyst magazine, and the author of more than a dozen books on AutoCAD. A licensed architect, David was also one of the earliest AutoCAD third-party software developers, creating numerous AutoCAD add-on programs. As an industry consultant, David has worked with many companies including Autodesk. He teaches college-level AutoCAD courses and is always a popular presenter at Autodesk University.

   
Robert Green
Robert is a nationally known author, teacher and consultant with 22 years of CAD experience in a variety of applications. You’ve likely read his work in Cadalyst magazine, PE Magazine, The CAD Manager's Newsletter or his new book Expert CAD Management: The Complete Guide. As a consultant, public speaker and 13-year veteran of Autodesk University, Robert has taught thousands of students in CAD management, programming and CAD application usage since 1990. When Robert isn’t writing or teaching, he heads The Robert Green Consulting Group, which provides consulting and programming services for clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. Robert holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and resides in the greater Atlanta area.
   
Travis Jones
Travis is a training content manager at Autodesk, Inc. with more than 15 years experience with Autodesk products. He has developed and delivered training courses to countless people. You may recognize him if you have participated in a virtual training class on Autodesk products. A prolific writer and educator, Travis has not only co-authored seven Autodesk Inventor books and has also managed Autodesk official training courseware projects for AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT and the Autodesk Inventor product line. He is also a regular speaker at Autodesk University and other conferences.
   

Matt Murphy
Matt has been recognized by Autodesk as a leader in providing professional training since 1985. He has served as an advisor and consultant to the training industry as Chair of the Autodesk Training Center Advisory Board (ATCAB) and Executive Committee (ATCEC). Matt is also an Autodesk Approved Instructor (AAI) and a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT). He has received numerous instructional awards, including the ATC Eastern Regional Instructor of the year for 2004. A widely acclaimed top trainer and featured columnist for Cadalyst and AUGIWorld magazines, he has presented at Autodesk University for 15 years and was the top Autodesk University Speaker for both tutorial and large lecture sessions for 2007.

   
  John Morgan
As the CAD Manager of Greeley and Hansen, a water/wastewater firm with 18 offices around the US, John works daily with issues concerning Architecture, MEP, and Civil disciplines.  Particular challenges involve managing staff, budgets, workflow, and multiple projects.  As an Autodesk product user for over 20 years in the civil, industrial, and MEP areas of design John has developed successful strategies for managing his offices. John has worn multiple hats from a drafter, designer, instructor, CAD Manager and consultant. Currently an active member of the AUGI Board of Directors.

Regional Instructors

 

Yoav Greenberg
Yoav studied industrial design at Pratt Institute in New York, architecture at Miami Dade College and visual effects and motion graphics at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. An internationally renowned artist, he had his own glass studio for over 10 years. Since 2005, he has been providing 3D graphics animations and special effects to architects and advertisers in South Florida and has been using 3D graphics programs since 1989. Yoav is an application engineer with Digital Drafting Systems, teaching 3ds Max and Viz as an Autodesk Approved Instructor (AAI) for the past few releases, and provides technical support for all their media and entertainment products. Yoav brings the eye of an internationally recognized visual artist, the presence of an experienced educator and the technical skills of an AAI into the classroom.

   
  Tatiana Machado  
Tatiana holds a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering and a master’s degree in geotechnical engineering. For two years, she was a professor at the School of Earth Sciences in the Universidad de Oriente in Venezuela. She has more than eight years’ experience with Autodesk software specialized in the engineering field. She has been with Digital Drafting Systems for more than a year, delivering training, technical support and implementation to her South Florida clients. She is Partner Services Certify for AutoCAD Civil 3D and Map 3D, and she is an Autodesk Implementation Expert Certify for Civil 3D. 
   
Mike Parsons
Mike has been a certified Autodesk trainer for over nine years. He specializes in helping civil engineering firms make the transition to Civil 3D from older civil design packages. Mike has achieved a Level 5 rating in Autodesk’s 5:1 Application Engineer program – a level shared by only six other civil AEs in the Americas. He is also an Autodesk Implementation Certified Expert for Civil 3D. Mike received high ratings as a presenter at Autodesk University. He can be found teaching classes regularly for CADD Centers of Florida headquartered in Fort Lauderdale.
   

Mark Rothman
Mark joined CADD Centers in 2004 and offers 15 years of 3ds Max experience, 3 years of Revit and 19 years of AutoCAD experience dating back to when he was only 11 years old (AutoCAD R10). Mark has been teaching AutoCAD and 3D Studio since the mid-90s throughout Broward County. He freelanced throughout the Central Florida area while attending UCF and has also taught for CADD Centers. He has worked in the architectural, mechanical and 3D design visualization industries throughout his years prior to coming to CADD Centers.

   
 

Cesar Rullier

Cesar has been an applications engineer with Digital Drafting Systems since 2003, providing technical support and training for Autodesk architectural products, such as AutoCAD for Architects and Revit Architecture. Cesar has a solid design and visualization background, which he applies in his classes. He is a graduate of The International Fine Arts College IFAC in 3D visualization, and is currently pursuing a degree in architecture. Cesar has successfully delivered training and implemented Revit in major AEC firms in South Florida.

   
 

Ricardo Sedeno

Ricardo has been involved in the AEC industry for over 19 years, during 11 of which he practiced architecture. He has delivered technical training to industry professionals for over 8 years. He has also lectured at various levels. He has been part of the Digital Drafting Systems’ team for two years, delivering technical training and mentoring to industry professionals on implementing BIM with Autodesk Building Design Solutions. He has helped many customers successfully transition to Revit Products including Revit Architecture, Revit MEP and Revit Structure.

   
Joe Vivirito
Joe joined CADD Centers in 2005 and brings 25 years of teaching experience to his role as a Revit applications consultant and trainer. He is responsible for training in the BSD division of Autodesk products including Revit Architecture, Revit Structure and Revit MEP. In addition to teaching, he also assists with technical calls from our clients throughout Florida and the Caribbean. In previous positions, Joe has written curricula and taught courses in architectural design and drafting, principles of engineering, AutoCAD, design and drafting for production, photography, machine trades, woodworking, automotive mechanics, electricity and electronics.
